Privacy policy
This page explains what personal data Y2Kore collects on this pre-launch landing page, why, and how long we keep it.
1. Controller

Email: ykore90@gmail.com
2. Data we collect on this page
Launch-notification form
- Email address (required)
- Chosen watch model and colour (so we can tell you if your pick is in stock on day one)
- Consent flag + timestamp (proof under Art. 7 GDPR)
Server access data
Our hosting provider logs standard access data (IP address, timestamp, HTTP request, user agent) for up to 30 days, for security and abuse protection.
3. Purpose and legal basis
- Launch notification — purpose: to send you one email when Collection 001 goes live. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, §7(2) UWG).
- Server logs — purpose: operate the site securely. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. How long we keep it
Your email and selection stay on the waitlist until you unsubscribe or until 30 days after the launch — whichever comes first. After that we delete the list in full. Server logs: up to 30 days.
5. Recipients and transfers
Form submissions are received and stored by Netlify, Inc., 44 Montgomery Street, Suite 300, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA, as our processor (Art. 28 GDPR). Netlify is on an EU–US Data Privacy Framework-certified basis and we additionally have EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) in place.
Google Fonts are loaded from Google's CDN (googleapis.com, gstatic.com). Your IP address is briefly transmitted to Google (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC) when the fonts load. If you do not want this, you can block third-party fonts in your browser — the site falls back to system fonts.
6. Cookies
We set no analytics or advertising cookies. We use a single localStorage entry to remember your language choice and whether you dismissed the cookie banner. See the Cookie policy.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to: access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), object (Art. 21), and withdraw consent at any time (Art. 7(3)) without affecting past lawful processing. To exercise any of these rights, email ykore90@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority — in Germany, this is the state data-protection authority of your residence, or for us: Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit NRW (ldi.nrw.de).
8. Unsubscribe
Every launch email contains a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also email us at any time and we'll remove you immediately.
9. Automated decision-making
None. There is no profiling and no automated decision with legal effect under Art. 22 GDPR.
10. Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date below. Material changes will be announced on this page.
